Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admin Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in administration, recruitment, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage employee travel, visa processing, and book flights and hotels.
Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks.
Coordinate office management activities, including housekeeping and maintenance.
Provide support for recruitment and training processes.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Develop and implement effective administrative procedures.

Job Requirements

Graduation degree (B Com preferred).
Valid passport for at least 1 year.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in HR / Recruitment / Administration / IR / Training & Development / Operations.
Industry: HR / Recruitment / Administration / IR / Training & Development / Operations.
Qualification: Professional Degree.
