Admin Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admin Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in administration, recruitment, or a related field.

• Manage employee travel, visa processing, and book flights and hotels.
• Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks.
• Coordinate office management activities, including housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide support for recruitment and training processes.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Develop and implement effective administrative procedures.

• Graduation degree (B Com preferred).
• Valid passport for at least 1 year.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in HR / Recruitment / Administration / IR / Training & Development / Operations.

• Qualification: Professional Degree.
