🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

Administrative Support

• Managing emails, client follow-ups, and internal coordination
• Maintaining records, trackers, and documentation
• Assisting with scheduling, invoicing, and data entry
• Supporting day-to-day office and operational activities

Marketing Support

• Creating, scheduling, and managing

  LinkedIn and social media posts

• Assisting with

  content ideas, captions, and basic creatives

• Supporting

  lead generation, outreach, and employer branding

• Managing and updating

  company profiles and online presence

• Assisting with

  email marketing and client communication campaigns

• Tracking basic marketing performance (reach, engagement, responses)

🔹 What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience

✅ Strong communication and organisational skills

digital marketing and social media

✅ Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace

✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
