Job Description

Job Title: Admin Manager (Property Market)
Location: Ansari Road, Daryaganj – Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹55,000 CTC (In-hand: ₹51,400)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage various agreements, contracts, and MoUs.
Handle legal notices, responses, and documentation in coordination with legal counsel.
Maintain records of legal cases, court schedules, and communication with advocates.
Assist in property-related matters, lease agreements, and compliance activities.
Liaise with government departments, law firms, and regulatory authorities.
Draft (in both Hindi & English), review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.

Education & Experience

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Administration / Property Market / Real Estate.
Must have strong exposure to Real Estate and Property Market operations.
Good understanding of contracts, legal procedures, and compliance norms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
