The Administrative Assistant will support the administrative operations of the school by handling day-to-day clerical tasks, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth internal communication. The role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Office Management, or related field).
  • A diploma in Office Administration or a related area may be accepted with relevant experience.

The Admin Manager will oversee daily operations and administrative functions to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming school environment. This role is central to coordinating communication, logistics, and support across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate degree preferred; certification in office/admin management is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in administration, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Discreet, adaptable, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
  • School Compliance Requirements - Should be aware of and adhere to school protocols in accordance with state education norms and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Supervise front office activities and manage school supplies, records, and logistics.
  • Team Coordination: Support faculty and staff with scheduling, meetings, and resource needs.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between parents, staff, and leadership. Ensure clarity of school policies.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing school events and community outreach.
  • Safety Oversight: Monitor campus access and support the implementation of safety protocols.
  • Community Outreach & Partnerships : Initiate and support outreach to NGOs and partner organizations to drive collaboration and resource mobilization efforts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
