Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration activities, including facility management and housekeeping supervision.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies, maintenance and services.
  • Manage stationery, courier, travel arrangements and other logistical needs.
  • Maintain and update records, files and documentation related to administration and HR.
  • Support the HR and Finance departments with 3 administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment, utilities, and IT coordination.
  • Manage guest arrangements, meetings, and internal events.
  • Monitor office expenses and assist in preparing expense reports and vendor payments.
  • Assist in maintaining safety and compliance standards in the office environment.
