Job Description

  • Manage and organize office day to day operations such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Able to handle sensitive information and maintain databases and records.
  • Track expenses (rent, deposit) and process invoices, documents, follow-ups on documentation with owners, vendors, legal, accounts department for payments.
  • They may also work with the finance department to ensure financial compliance.
  • They will act as liaisons (a link for communication) for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between team members, departments, customers and suppliers. They will also assist in preparing reports, presentations and other communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
