Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team in Porvorim, India. The ideal candidate will support our administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support team operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Maintain and organize files and records, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
