Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Track and maintain employee attendance records accurately.
  • Plan and manage daily conveyance schedules and ensure timely arrangements.
  • Monitor and update employee timesheets to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vendors and drivers for smooth logistics and operational support.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports related to attendance, conveyance, and timesheets.
  • Maintain proper documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders i.e. Vendor's.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (Must Have)
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Office Timings:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

6 Days working (second Saturday off)
