Job Overview:


Admin Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and oversee all administrative operations across KREON branches.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve administrative queries effectively and promptly.
  • Manage procurement processes including vendor coordination and purchase of office supplies.
  • Organize and maintain office infrastructure including seating arrangements and workspace setup.
  • Address and resolve admin-related issues raised by departments or employees.
  • Coordinate and monitor housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Assist in arranging logistics and resources for new requirements or expansions.
  • Maintain records related to administrative operations and update management regularly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0–1 year of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to branches if required
  • Fluency in Hindi (spoken/written) is an added advantage.
