Job Overview:

HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage administrative functions, ensure operational efficiency, and support various departments at our manufacturing facility
This role is essential for maintaining a structured, compliant, and organized work environment

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office and factory administration, ensuring smooth daily operations
Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory of office supplies Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies Maintain records of attendance, employee shifts, and statutory documentation Coordinate with HR for onboarding, payroll processing, and employee welfare activities Assist in organizing meetings, internal events, and training sessions Oversee housekeeping, facility maintenance, and security operations Support audits and maintain necessary documentation for regulatory compliance Handle visitor management, gate passes, and internal communication

Qualifications & Requirements:

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software
Knowledge of factory administration, compliance, and labor laws Experience in vendor coordination, procurement, and facility management Familiarity with audit and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proactive and team-oriented mindset

Education & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors
