We are hiring a detail-oriented Admin Executive for Our esteemed client to manage day-to-day accounting operations, The role also includes client coordination for billing clarifications, payment follow-ups, Office Supplies and Attendance management — ideal for someone who enjoys both accounting precision and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for employee attendance records (Leave, Permission, Late Comings, etc)
  • Support HR with attendance records, leave tracking, and onboarding paperwork
  • Check the biometric report, update the working hours in the manual record, and also in the Excel file.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for all Labour notes. (Form Q, Form 6A, Form B, Form P, Form R&T)
  • POS (Point of Sale) entry.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and ensure smooth functioning of office equipment.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, and conferences & supporting the People Development team in arranging interviews & training.
  • Prepare Admin & Statutory Calendar for the Financial Year and ensure the expenses as per arrived budget
  • Bank Cash Deposit and Deposited Challan Entry in system
  • Update inventory software/ERP (e.g., Logic, JewelSoft, Gati, or in-house system).
  • Update in system to convert betan (new) gold into old gold, ensuring accurate accounting and inventory management.
  • Verify the daily bank statement with system entry (Chit Source wise report, Chit closed account report, Sales Report closed chit report, Card payment collection, Net banking collection)
  • Attention to detail, especially with weights, codes, and documents.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Jewellery terminology (gold purity, diamond quality, karigar processes, hallmarking).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: B. Com or equivalent.

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on Administrative experience.

Jewellery industry experience is good to have
