Education: Diploma in mechanical engineering mandatory / Should be conversant with the metal fabrication industry.

Responsibilities -

Need an after sales admin executive for handling services, who handles customer queries is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team by answering customer questions, processing orders, verifying order accuracy, managing customer data, and resolving inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle; they also maintain accurate sales records and may generate reports on customer interactions and sales activity.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Customer interaction: Answering customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery details through phone calls and emails.
• Follow-up communication: Reaching out to customers to confirm details, address outstanding issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Issue resolution: Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and resolving issues related to orders or deliveries.
• Order processing: Receiving and processing customer orders, verifying accuracy of information, and ensuring timely order entry into the system.
• Data management: Maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, purchase history, and special instructions within the CRM system. Maintaining visit and call records of the field sales employees as well working from different locations, through their leadsquared application.
• Invoice generation: Creating and issuing invoices to customers, ensuring correct billing details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
