Admin Executive

Accommodation & Travel Coordination Manage and coordinate company-provided accommodation for employees. Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements as per business needs. Maintain travel records and ensure cost-effective booking. Facility & Maintenance Management Oversee housekeeping and cleanliness of office premises, including bathroom cleaning follow-ups. Coordinate with security staff to ensure workplace safety and security. Ensure timely AC maintenance and water purifier servicing. Follow up on company vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules. Administrative Support Monitor and procure office stationery and supplies based on requirements. Manage and track monthly regular payments (e.g., utilities, services). Ensure timely renewal of rental agreements and maintain related documentation. Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services and upkeep. Asset & Inventory Management Maintain updated records of company assets and ensure proper allocation. Conduct periodic audits and ensure safe custody of equipment and materials. Employee Support Services Manage employee uniform issuance, inventory, and coordination. Address day-to-day administrative issues raised by employees and provide timely resolutions. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 2+ years of experience in administrative or facilities coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
