Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including reception area maintenance and guest services.

Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.

Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Maintain accurate records and databases.

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.

Job Requirements
