Position Title: Admin Executive cum Receptionist

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC Range: INR 2.4 – 3.6 LPA (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

The Admin Executive cum Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers at the Ahmedabad office and will ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and facility operations. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception Management

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and support meeting arrangements.

Administrative Support

  • Oversee office supplies, stationery, pantry, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, courier, and logistics.
  • Support in handling travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and guests.
  • Assist HR and Admin teams in organizing office events, meetings, and other operational activities.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain records of bills, receipts, invoices, and vendor agreements.
  • Support in preparing and maintaining admin-related MIS and reports.
  • Coordinate with finance for submission and processing of admin expenses.

Facility & Asset Management

  • Ensure office infrastructure and equipment (printers, AC, lights, etc.) are functional.
  • Maintain and track office assets, ID cards, and access control systems.
  • Coordinate with IT and facility teams for timely support and maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office administration or receptionist roles, preferably in a corporate setup.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
  • Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
