We are looking for a smart and professional Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist with office administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend visitors & phone calls politely
  • Manage front desk, visitor records, and appointments
  • Handle courier, mail, and office documentation
  • Assist HR & Accounts team in admin-related work
  • Maintain office supplies, records & cleanliness
  • Coordinate with departments for day-to-day office needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin or Reception role
  • Good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Presentable, well-organized & professional attitude
