Job Description: Position: Businessdevelopment- Project sales (Building material- ACP) Location: Delhi,Mumbai, Bangalore Experience : 5+years in ACP, Laminates, paint, glass, laminates, tiles etc Salary : upto12 LPA Industry :Building Material We are seeking adynamic and experienced Admin cum Plant Operations Manager to oversee dailyadministrative and plant-level operations at our laminates manufacturingfacility in Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in factoryadministration, facility management, vendor coordination, and plant operationssupport, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the unit. Key Responsibilities: Administration: Overseegeneral administration of the plant, including office, housekeeping, security,and maintenance. Maintainand monitor all statutory records, licenses, renewals, and compliancerequirements (Factory Act, Labour Laws, etc.). Managefacility contracts, vendor payments, and utility services (electricity, water,etc.). Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for staff and visitors. Handleinternal communications and ensure effective coordination among departments. Plant Operations Support: Supportproduction and maintenance teams in daily operations. Monitorworkforce attendance, shift planning, and basic HR coordination. Ensuretimely procurement of consumables, tools, PPEs, and maintenance items. Workclosely with stores, dispatch, and inventory teams to support plant workflow. Drivecost-effective and efficient operations by identifying improvement areas. People Management: Supervisesupport staff, contractors, and service providers. Fostera culture of discipline, safety, and accountability across plant premises.
