Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings on platforms like Naukri.com, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding new hires (e.g., collection executives, tele-callers) suited for the debt recovery sector. Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave management via HR software, and payroll processing in compliance with Indian labor laws (e.g., EPF, ESI, Gratuity Act). Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and performance appraisals, fostering a motivated workforce in a target-driven collection agency. Administer training programs on debt collection ethics, RBI guidelines for fair practices, and soft skills like negotiation and customer handling under the Indian Contract Act. Manage statutory compliances such as TDS deductions, PF contributions, and labor welfare schemes; liaise with government bodies like Labour Department for inspections. Develop and implement HR policies on work hours, incentives for recovery targets, and anti-harassment measures aligned with POSH Act. Conduct exit interviews, handle separations, and ensure timely issuance of experience certificates and full-and-final settlements. Monitor team performance on KPIs like recovery rates, call volumes, and skip tracing, providing admin support for incentive calculations. Strong communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi;
