Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and professional Front Office Executive to efficiently manage the reception desk and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure prompt follow-ups.

* Record all orders in the order book (received via any channel) and prepare quotations as instructed for the Sales Team.

* Ensure timely and accurate dispatches.

* Stay updated with basic knowledge of products and services offered by Yoga.

* Maintain and update inventory of reception area items.

* Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing courier services.

* Supervise housekeeping activities as per management guidelines.

* Maintain AMC records for office equipment and coordinate with service providers for timely upkeep of IT/office infrastructure.

* Organize, update, and maintain office files and records.

* Manage office pantry consumables and stationery requirements.

* Maintain employee and vehicle insurance records.

* Track and manage monthly utility payments (electricity, telephone, internet & etc).

* Take up additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements

Personal Attributes:

* Immaculate work ethics and a pleasing personality.

* Strong communication and presentation skills in Marathi, English & Hindi.

* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Professional Skills:

* Presence of mind with customer-oriented approach.

* Good with numbers and process-driven.

* Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

* Team player with relationship-building skills.

Functional Skills:

* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Disciplined in email correspondence and record-keeping.

* Strong documentation and file management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Prior front office/administrative experience preferred.
