Job Description

Provide specialized administrative support to the Institute for Safe Autonomy.
Manage strategic operations, research, and governance activities.
Handle general and specialized administration tasks.
Support research and event management initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for communications and project implementation.
Develop and maintain relationships across multiple staff groups or teams.

Job Requirements

A Level 3 qualification (A-level or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience is required.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Have experience in building relationships across multiple staff groups or teams.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make judgments and take initiative when dealing with complex queries.
Be familiar with digital technologies relevant to the role.
Experience in monitoring and managing budgets is preferred.
Understanding of the Research environment in HE is beneficial.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
