Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle emails, manage correspondence, and greet visitors.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Document management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Administrative support: Take meeting minutes, update databases, track inventory, and order office supplies.
  • Coordination: Assist with event planning, support other team members with administrative tasks, and act as a point of contact between departments.
  • Bookkeeping: Assist with tasks like expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
