Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Communication Hub: Answering phones, greeting visitors, responding to emails, drafting memos, and acting as a liaison between departments.
Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, arranging travel, and organizing events.
Record & Data Management: Data entry, filing, archiving, maintaining databases, and creating reports/spreadsheets.
Office Support: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, overseeing equipment, and ensuring a tidy environment.
Financial Tasks (Basic): Processing expenses, handling invoices, and tracking basic budgets.

Key Functions:

Organization: Keeping digital and physical information organized and accessible.
Support: Assisting managers, executives, and other staff with daily tasks.
Problem-Solving: Handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Skills Needed:

Strong communication, organization, and time management.
Proficiency with software (MS Office, databases).
Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,438.24 - ₹34,276.75 per month
