Roles and responsibilities:
1. 3-5 years of experience in cost control
2. Proficiency in MS Office
3. Strong knowledge in cost analysis, contracts and project scheduling
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Prepare and review BOQ
6. Conduct cost estimation, valuation and cost control
7. Handle contract administration
8. Coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients
