Admin and Business Operations Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical and Administrative Operations
  • Client Management

    : Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and needs. Manage client relationships from initial contact through service completion.
  • Billing and Payments

    : Oversee all aspects of billing, including creating and sending invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Scheduling

    : Manage and optimize the clinical schedule for all staff and clients to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Payment Follow-up

    : Diligently follow up on pending payments and handle payment-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
Business Development and Growth
  • Business Process Optimization

    : Continuously review and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Client Satisfaction

    : Implement and manage systems to measure and improve client satisfaction, including regular check-ins and feedback surveys.
  • Renewals and Retention

    : Proactively manage client renewals and work to increase client retention by ensuring a high-quality service experience.
  • Growth Initiatives

    : Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and execute strategies for business growth, including new service offerings and market expansion.
