Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive
Location: ANDHERI, MUMBAI
Department: Finance & Administration
Reporting to: DIRECTOR
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records (voucher entry, journal, ledger).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance.
  • Support the finance team with audits and financial reporting.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and office documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding of new staff and maintaining HR records.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in accounts and administration roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software TALLY IS A MUST
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Multitasking and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Accounts & Admin
  • Familiarity with HR procedures is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Paid sick time

  • Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
