About Us: Avico Decor is a manufacturer of premium acrylic laminates in India. We are committed to delivering high-quality products with excellence and integrity. We are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Staff to support our growing operations and ensure smooth financial and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Admin Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and communication. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow. Maintain and organize records, files, and reports. Assist in employee onboarding, attendance, and HR-related tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Accounts Responsibilities: Handle bookkeeping, invoices, purchase orders, and payments. Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Coordinate with auditors and statutory compliance teams. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting. Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings (or assist in them). Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in admin/accounts role, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or ERP tools) is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence. What We Offer: A positive and supportive work environment.
