Ad Ops Specialist

As our network grows, we’re expanding our AdOps team to maintain world-class campaign execution and support continuous revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with data, and takes pride in operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Execution

• Set up new advertising campaigns in Megaphone and ensure all targeting, pacing, and scheduling parameters are accurate.
• Upload creatives, confirm deliverables, and coordinate with podcasters to ensure they have the correct scripts and instructions.

Campaign Optimization

• Review campaign performance regularly and suggest optimizations to improve delivery, pacing, and impression fulfillment.
• Support the Sales team in recommending fire-sale inventory when applicable.

Inventory & Forecasting Support

• Maintain accurate records of available ad placements and fill rates across assigned shows.
• Assist in updating internal catalogs and documentation each month.

Reporting

• Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, ensuring accuracy in impression counts, pacing, and performance metrics.

Results

• Error-Free Execution:

  Campaigns are set up accurately, with minimal revisions needed.

• On-Time Delivery:

  All assigned reports and tasks are completed within deadlines.

• Smooth Operations:

  Podcasters have what they need to complete deliverables and advertisers receive timely updates.

• Support Team Success:

  Proactively surface issues and opportunities to the AdOps Manager to improve performance and revenue.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Ad Operations (podcast industry experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, charts, and forecasting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes accurately.
• Self-starter who works independently and brings solutions—not problems.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues and deliver excellence to both clients and podcasters.
• Familiarity with Megaphone, Flightpath, or similar ad-serving tools is a bonus (training provided).

Salary: $800 - $950 per month
