Ad Operations Executive

GeeksforGeeks is a leading ed-tech platform committed to nurturing the next generation of technology leaders. We're expanding our digital monetization team and looking for an Ad Operations Executive with hands-on experience in campaign management, ad trafficking, and digital advertising technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute advertising campaigns across our website, email marketing, and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth campaign setup, delivery, and optimization.
• Operate and troubleshoot platforms like Google Ad Manager, DSPs, SSPs, and other ad tech tools.
• Perform QA testing on all live campaigns to ensure correct implementation.
• Optimize display and video advertising (including instream/outstream ads) for higher ROI and client satisfaction.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Ads, Excel, and SEO metrics dashboards.
• Collaborate with ad agencies and handle programmatic advertising setups like RTB, Private Auctions, and Preferred Deals.
• Identify new revenue streams and upsell advertising solutions to clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to support ad sales, client onboarding, and proposal development.
  

  Desired Skills:

• Proven experience with Ad Operations, Campaign Management, and Digital Ad Sales.
• Familiarity with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply Side Platforms (SSPs).
• Understanding of Performance Marketing, Google Ads, and SEO Analytics.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking with attention to campaign optimization and yield management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Ad Manager.
• Prior experience working with Ad Tech platforms, Programmatic Buying, and Real-Time Bidding (RTB) is a plus.
