• Run the ad machine:

  Full campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, optimization.

• Be the GAM guru:

  Own Google Ad Manager like a boss, no half measures.

• Keep the pipes flowing:

  Manage programmatic campaigns (PMPs, open exchanges, private deals).

• Fix things fast:

  Troubleshoot delivery issues, broken tags, tracking glitches — and not lose sleep over it.

• Tag it, track it, prove it:

  Implement and monitor ad tags, pixels, and verification tools.

• Guard the house:

  Ensure viewability, brand safety, fraud prevention.

• Hack the stack:

  Recommend better tools, integrations, and smarter ways to make us money.

• Numbers into stories:

  Pull insights from data that drive actual decisions (not just pretty dashboards).

• Stay hungry:

  Keep up with the latest in CTV, programmatic, AI-driven AdTech — and bring it to the table.

• 5–8 years of

  hands-on Ad Ops / AdTech

  experience.

• Deep GAM chops

  (advanced level — no tourists, please).
• Solid experience with DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges.
• Comfort with header bidding, verification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify), and troubleshooting at scale.
• Analytical, but also pragmatic — you care about

  what works, not just what looks nice on a report.

• Someone who thrives in chaos and loves building order out of it.
