As a Corporate Real Estate Manager, your role involves overseeing and managing the company's real estate portfolio. This includes acquisitions, leasing, facilities management, and strategic site selection to ensure that real estate assets are aligned with the company's business objectives, optimizing space, cost, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement real estate strategies to support the company's growth and operational needs. - Portfolio Management: Oversee the company's real estate portfolio, including various property types such as offices and guest houses. - Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations to ensure smooth operations. - Acquisitions and Dispositions: Assist with property acquisitions, dispositions, and transactions to expand the company's real estate portfolio. - Facilities Management: Coordinate with landlords for facility management, repairs, maintenance, and property upkeep. - Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to real estate operations. - Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms. - Market Research: Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and present data to management for informed decision-making. - Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management on portfolio performance and real estate activities.
