Commercial Business

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide
L1 Technical Support
for commercial business clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
Active Directory
and other server components.
Apply knowledge of various tools and technologies, including
DNS, DHCP, Telnet, SharePoint, FSMO, Group Policy, Intune, EXOP, ODSP, and O365
.
Ensure excellent service delivery in a professional, B2B environment.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
Any graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of
1 year of experience in Active Directory
can apply.
Must have hands-on experience with the key skills listed.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
are mandatory.
Availability:
Immediate joiners only
.
