Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Coordinate with clients to schedule onboarding sessions for new customers.
Ensure seamless integration of new customers into our platform by activating their accounts and resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

1-4 years of experience in client onboarding or activation roles.
Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
