Key Job Profile & Responsibilities:

• Manage an

  outbound and inbound calling profile

  , aiming for daily connected calls with a talk time target (typically 90-100 connected calls daily).
• Facilitate and ensure the

  placement of the first trade

  for accounts assigned for calling, guiding clients through the trading process.
• Actively

  cross-sell Mutual Fund SIPs

  and other third-party financial products to clients.
• Achieve assigned targets for calling, account activation, and mutual fund cross-selling.
• Performance-based incentives will be provided.
• Mandatory certifications required within 3 months of joining are

  NISM Series VII (Equity Derivatives)

  /

  NISM Series VA (Mutual Fund Distributors)

  and

  NISM Series I (Equity Derivatives)

  . Additional certifications may be required as per business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher candidates with NISM Series VIII certification and good market knowledge are encouraged to apply.
