Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand business issues, diagnose problem areas, and design innovative Actimize-based solutions.
• Lead solution design and own sections of client proposals, providing expertise and recommendations.
• Configure Actimize products as per the agreed design, plan configuration activities, and conduct conference room pilots.
• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) / Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned to customer budgets and organizational guidelines.
• Actively lead small to mid-sized projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide support in resolving requirement and solution-related queries during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives and knowledge sharing within the unit.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in Actimize implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong understanding of financial services and compliance processes (AML, Fraud Management, Trade Surveillance preferred).
• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project and team management.
• Client interfacing skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders.
• Understanding of pricing models and financial processes related to IT projects.
• Domain knowledge in one or more areas of Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk & Compliance.
