Tech Business Analyst - Financial Crime

As a Tech Business Analyst specializing in Financial Crime Compliance, your role will involve: - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in the financial crime domain, including Transaction Monitoring, KYC, and CDD. - Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams. - Collaborating with stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology teams to define solutions. - Performing data analysis to identify trends, validate requirements, and support decision-making. - Supporting UAT planning and execution to ensure requirements are met. - Creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation as needed. - Acting as a bridge between business users and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services domain. - Strong domain knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance, including AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, and CDD. - Proven expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. - Hands-on data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, or BI tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Nice to have: - Exposure to tools like Actimize, NetReveal, or similar AML/Compliance platforms. - Experience working in Agile delivery models.,
