Role Des

cription: This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition Manager located in Bengaluru. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, conducting market research, developing acquisition strategies, and achieving targeted business goals. They will also oversee customer onboarding, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings.Grade:DM

Qualifications

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management skills
Experience in Market Research and Strategy Development
Strong compliance knowledge with banking regulations
Ability to achieve targeted business goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
