The role involves identifying potential customers, managing relationships with channel partners, ensuring compliance with documentation, and achieving sales targets for retail loan products such as home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and personal loans Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcingGenerate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold callingEnsure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelinesCoordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applicationsMaintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flowTrack and update the status of loan applications to customers and partnersAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assignedProvide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
