Key responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition:

• Sales and Targets:

  Achieve monthly sales targets for loan acquisition and revenue generation.

• Gold Appraisal:

  Evaluate the purity, weight, and value of gold ornaments to determine loan amounts.

• On-Site Operations:

  Travel within a designated territory to appraise gold, verify customer KYC documents, and disburse loans at the customer's location.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and renewals.

• Marketing:

  Conduct marketing activities in the local area to generate new leads and build brand awareness for gold loans.

• Compliance and Process Adherence:

  Strictly follow the company's policies, processes, and guidelines for loan origination and management.

• Portfolio Management:

Required skills and qualifications

• Education:
