Job Description

Role Summary
The Consultant - Strategy, Operating Model & Organization Design supports the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, focusing on operating model redesign, organizational structure, workforce planning, and business transformation. This role requires strong analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving

Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify insights on client challenges.

Support the development of strategic recommendations related to operating model transformation and organizational effectiveness.

Assist in diagnosing current-state issues across processes, governance, technology, and organizational structures.

2. Operating Model Design Support

Contribute to defining future-state operating model components including roles, capabilities, processes, and decision rights.

Support development of transition roadmaps, capability assessments, and implementation plans.

Document key deliverables such as org charts, governance frameworks, and operating model blueprints.

3. Organization Design & Workforce Planning

Assist in designing organizational structures, role definitions, and spans & layers assessments.

Conduct job analysis, competency mapping, and workforce sizing exercises.

Support change management, communication, and adoption activities.

4. Project Execution & Delivery

Work with cross-functional project teams to deliver engagement activities.

Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and workshops for client stakeholders.

Support project management tasks including planning, tracking, and risk reporting.

5. Client Engagement & Collaboration

Participate in client workshops, interviews, and working sessions.

Build strong working relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders.

Contribute to problem-solving discussions and co-creation of solutions.

6. Internal Development

Contribute to internal knowledge assets, frameworks, and best practices.

Support proposal development and business development initiatives.

Engage in continuous learning and capability development within Strategy & Consulting.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, organization design, business transformation, or related disciplines.

Experience participating in client-facing projects and delivering structured analysis.

Exposure to operating model work, org design, or transformation programs is an advantage.
