Job Description

Role: ACI Network Engineer Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 12 months Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Work Timezone: IST/EST Location: 100% Remote Qualifications: 5+ Years of experience Expertise configuring Cisco Data Center network products Experience implementing, troubleshooting, and automating Data Center Network solutions Tier lll escalation operational support experience in a Data Center environment Experience working with Cisco Nexus – 7K, 9K; Cisco Silicon One 8K Series Routers - 8100, 8200, 8600, 8800 Expert executing basic Network Routing Protocols like OSPF, BGP, EVPN and working knowledge of IS-IS (Integrated Intermediate System-to-Intermediate System) for ACI. Knowledge of VLAN or MACsec (Media Access Control security) Strong experience supporting Firewalls such as FTD or ASAs or equivalent Experience with operational support of Network Load Balancers Solid understanding of the Data Center industry, products, and protocols. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Python and/or other language for automation of network configuration and orchestration activities Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Advanced verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Show more Show less
