Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Fresher Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, GST, and MS Excel. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

·        Record journal entries, purchase, sales, and expense transactions.

·        Handle data entry in Tally / accounting software.

·        Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS workings, and bank reconciliations.

·        Maintain and update ledgers, invoices, and supporting documents.

·        Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·        Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary data during audits.

·        Maintain petty cash records and ensure timely expense settlement.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Skills & Competencies:

·        Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

·        Knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (preferred).

·        Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

·        Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.

·        Strong communication and organizational skills.

·        Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Candidates pursuing or completed CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
