Job Title: Accounts Trainee Location: Office No. 218, Akshay Complex, Balkrishna Sakharam Dhole Patil Road, Sangamvadi, Pune, Maharashtra – 411001 Training Duration: 6 Months Stipend: ₹8,000 to 10,000 per month About the Role We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our finance team. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to sales-related accounting operations and support during the annual closure process. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily accounting and financial operations Collaborate with the accounts team to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Support accurate documentation and system updating processes Contribute to month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliations Assist in report preparation and basic data analysis as needed Requirements Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking Technologically adept with a willingness to learn financial tools Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards Effective communication and organizational abilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks Familiarity with Zoho Books and Tally is an added advantage Career Path & Progression Training Duration: 6 months (Stipend ₹8000 to10,000/month) Upon successful completion of training, selected candidates will join as associate with 6 - month probationary period Based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time on-roll position after probation If you are motivated to build a career in accounting and eager to contribute to a growing team, we encourage you to apply and take the next step in your professional journey with us.
