Job Description

About the Role:   We are seeking an experience in Store manager and Accountant with strong store and inventory management skills to handle stock records, vendor coordination, and accounting operations using Tally and Excel.   Key Responsibilities:   Maintain daily store inventory, material inward/outward entries, and stock reconciliation. Record purchase, sales, and expense entries in Tally ERP. Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring timely procurement and issue of materials. Conduct physical stock verification and prepare periodic inventory reports. Manage vendor bills, payment tracking, and basic GST/TDS entries. Generate and analyse reports in Excel for management review.   Required Skills:   Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting). Strong understanding of inventory management and accounting principles. Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills. Ability to coordinate with procurement and project teams.   Qualification:   Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and store management.
