Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at TanServ Business Process Private Limited in Mumbai, your role will involve managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, enhancing billing, AR collections, reconciliation, and reporting to improve cash flow, accuracy, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage billing and invoicing, including AMC/CMC fees, sales, and additional training. Issue credit notes for returns or price adjustments. - Prepare, review, and maintain general ledger accounts. Generate accurate balance sheets and reconcile all accounts. - Conduct quarterly balance confirmation, reconcile active customer accounts, and perform TDS reconciliation between customer books and the Income Tax Portal. - Prepare monthly and ad-hoc AR reports, lead debtors aging analysis, and participate in Non-Performing Accounts (NPA) meetings. - Ensure revenue recognition aligns with IFRS/Ind-AS standards and compile GSTR1 data for monthly submission. - Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance revenue assurance, improve collection efforts, and streamline AR processes. - Provide support for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure revenue-related accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable management. - Strong knowledge of tax compliance, including GSTR1 and Form 26AS reconciliation. - Proficiency in financial statement preparation and reporting. - Experience with revenue recognition standards such as IFRS/Ind-AS. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for process optimization.,
