As a member of the Agency Billing and Incentive Management (ABIM) Team at Sabre, your role is crucial in managing Sabre customers" contracts with precision and care to bring business relationships to life. You will be responsible for providing world-class customer support by understanding the specifics of our customers in detail. Your contributions will involve generating, analyzing, and delivering valuable information to stakeholders both within and outside the company, enabling you to build a strong network across the globe. **Responsibilities of the role:** - Provides contract administration and customer support to travel agencies worldwide. **Qualifications:** To excel in the Agency Billing and Incentive Management role, we are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications: - 2 to 3 years of experience in Billing and Incentive Management. - Advanced proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal). - Advantageous to have a background in contract administration or back-office operations. - Finance background is also advantageous. - Proficiency in computer software skills, especially MS Office. Advanced use of Excel and Access is preferred. - Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and exhibit excellent follow-up ability. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment and a willingness to learn. - Curiosity and a learning aptitude. **Nice-to-have:** - Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint systems. - Experience in the Travel Industry or Finance Industry.
