Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a Process Associate- AR at ARDEM Data Services Private Limited, your role will be crucial in strengthening and growing relationships with clients by effectively communicating with customers regarding past due accounts. Your responsibilities will include assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process, identifying areas for performance improvement, and ensuring that accounts receivable records are maintained accurately to keep aging up to date. Your software knowledge is mandatory, including proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, Citrix, and other ERPs. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in relevant processes and projects are encouraged to apply. The shift timing will be from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with shifts assigned based on project requirements.
