Accounts Receivable Executive

As an Accounts Receivable Executive at our company, your role will involve responding to customer queries, coordinating chargeback queries, and daily reporting of Cash Applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to simple and straight-forward customer queries in a timely manner to meet SLA, ensuring authenticity of information provided. - Coordinating chargeback queries between customer service and controllers for timely closure of cases to avoid penalties. - Daily reporting of Cash Applications with accurate and timely information to facilitate decision-making and analysis for the business. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Accounting - 2+ years of Shared Service accounting experience - Understanding of the general cash application process - Flexibility to work in shifts - Ability to prioritize workload - SAP experience is mandatory - Good knowledge of Excel - Manage a high volume of transactional work with a high degree of accuracy - Effective communication skills with internal business partners at various levels - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines - Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships - Initiative, results-oriented, and flexible About Wiley: Wiley is a trusted leader in research and learning, advocating for advancement and empowering knowledge-seekers to tackle challenges and transform obstacles into opportunities.
