Accounts Receivable Executive (UK)

We are looking for the UK Accounts Receivable Executive. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collection of payments, accurate record-keeping, and strong coordination with clients and internal teams to maintain healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments via calls, emails, and official reminders.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and aging reports.
• Handle client queries regarding billing and payments.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AR reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Preparing various analyses as needed.
• Undertaking additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role. Candidates with B.Com, M.Com, CA, or CA Inter qualifications and strong English communication skills are welcome.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential. Prior experience in foreign accounts receivable processes will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Good accounting knowledge is also a requirement for this position.
