Accounts Receivable Executive

Role Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Executive at TanServ Business Process Private Limited in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to handle Accounts Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Balance Confirmation, MIS, and Invoicing processes. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of all collection activities, utilizing SAP for efficient management, and ensuring effective interactions with clients. Additionally, you will be required to investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts while providing excellent service and upholding a professional demeanor at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Handle Accounts Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Balance Confirmation, MIS, and Invoicing processes. - Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using SAP. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with customer accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance collection processes. - Provide excellent service and uphold a professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in Accounts Receivables. - Proficiency in SAP. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Basic computer literacy.
