Position: Accounts Receivable - OTC Collections Location: Chennai Experience: Fresher (B.Com Graduate - 2024 & 2025 passed-out) About the Job We are looking for a fresher with a B.Com degree to join our team as an Accounts Receivable - OTC Collections Associate. In this role, you will help manage customer payments and make sure money is collected on time. What You Will Do Send invoices and bills to customers. Check and record customer payments. Follow up with customers who have not paid on time through calls and emails. Help solve any payment or billing issues. Keep accurate records of payments and collections. Work with the team to make sure accounts are correct. What We Are Looking For B.Com graduate with good knowledge of accounting basics. Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing).
